2. Customize your layout: we offer three sizes, two frame colors, digital-only, and vertical & horizontal layouts.
3. Complete your order, sit back, and wait for your free proof to arrive within 1-3 business days. You'll have a chance to provide feedback or approve your order for shipment.

Photo Guidelines

• Direct Lighting - Make sure your photo is well lit, especially on faces. Avoid backlit photos and photos with filters that change the true color of their eyes, hair, and skin tone.
• Position - All of our portraits are cropped chest-up. Ensure your subjects are sitting up and looking at the camera to get the best results.
• Accessories - Baseball cap? Hair bow? Binky? We illustrate them! Be mindful of the photo you submit as the accessories in the photo will end up in the final portrait.
